Fundraising

We have some great fundraising activites going on. Here is what is currently in the works:

***Due to the Olympics, professional hockey teams did not play games during HockeyMania weeks 9 and 10. The scores from HockeyMania week 8 were used again by Hockeymania in weeks 9 and 10.

3 tickets that were not sold would have been winners, earning a total of $415!

Brec has coordinated fundraiser events with Applebee's in Hackettstown and Newton!!!

"Dining-to-Donate" is the oppertunity for our team, family, friends, coworkers, etc. to come into Applebee's to help us raise money for the club! On the days of the events, our team and everyone we invite can come to Applebee's and have lunch or dinner.  Applebee’s will send 10% of the total of the bill right to the club.  This is for eat in meals as well as take out.  Brec e-mailed the team and included a flyer.  Please print out the flyer and give it to as many people as you would like to.  ***The flyer must be presented for it to count towards the fundraiser.***

Brec will have extra flyers on hand at the next few games.

The dates are for the fund raising events are:
    * Monday, February 8th - Hackettstown
    * Monday, March 22nd- Newton (5pm-11pm)

Recycle Ink & Toner: Help the environment and bring in money to the hockey club in one easy step! Collect cartridges from home, small businesses, schools, organizations, friend's houses….any cartridge will do. Reduce waste and earn money for our club by bringing used cartridges to Kim Westley (Joe Guhr's mom). Kim can be contacted at devilshkyfan@hotmail.com to answer any questions.

Hockey Mania

Tastefully Simple: The party takes place on Sunday, November 15th. Orders can also be placed online. Please see the invitation that was e-mailed last week. Feel free to send out the invitation and information to family and friends. Tastefully Simple is donating a percentage of sales to the club.
